run
1. VCB\libraries\runCreateDocNonGUI.bat
2. open VCB\libraries\lib-api\index.html

If the linkes in index.html are not working, you can still navigate diretly to the doc's in Windows explorer or cmd prompt:

ie. VCB\libraries\lib-api\string\Concat.html VCB\libraries\lib-api\ui\messagebox.html

Hi Ed,

your steps are correct and there are some broken links, because of some wrong cvs commits dynamically generated pages & pics could be wrong, but i tried and most of them are working could you post or send some broken link (paths) which are not working from index.html
