This part is designed to concat two strings getted by two inpins. If both inpins are getted it firs the result string which is the concatination of two input strings.

- SECONDSTR(String) - ID=2 - second string
outpins
- RESULTSTR(String) - ID=51 - concatination of the first and second strings
