Gets complete XML. After firing START inpin start generating XML events which were prevously loaded at XML inpin. The inteval is set by DELAY pin.

- Start - ID=2 - start generation of xml events
- Stop - ID=3 - stop generation of xml events
- Delay - ID=4 - delay in msec between events
