Being an excelent idea and and solution Buildap still have problem with popularity because it does not easy integrate into the development technologies particularily Java development. It is important to make it be easy usable from within the Java code.

Buildap model is an executable model, which allows to run design and immedately run the model without additional coding. When UML design tools allow to design for example class structure and then they generate code skeleton, but then a coder needed to manually enter the code in order to implement a class logic, Buildap allows to do everthing visually, we well as run and debut the applications using the graphical representation of the model.

New Buildap plugin for Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org) open source platfrom will support easy component creation, testing, modification and usage within Eclipse integrated development environment (IDE). It will significatly imrove usability of the Buildap framework. The release is planned end of January.
